Subha Nagasubramanian

I love what I do, and I do what I love. Being a trained classical Indian dancer and having my share of injuries is what drew me initially to physical therapy. I have continued to pursue physical therapy with the same passion as I approached dance.

I’m equally vested in every one of my patients and am committed to providing excellent patient care. I believe that, if you listen to patients carefully, they will tell you what is wrong with them. I always listen to them and develop a plan of care that centers around the patient’s goals and expectations. I collaborate with other health care professionals as needed to give the patient a holistic experience.

I have had extensive outpatient experience treating a wide variety of injuries and conditions, including TMJ. I also have expertise working with clients who experience chronic pain, both one on one and as a member of a multidisciplinary team. I have also designed and implemented work hardening and conditioning programs. My background in dance has sparked a special interest in working with dancers to rehabilitate them and help them understand their bodies and movement to help prevent injuries.

In my spare time, I volunteer for a non-profit agency. I also enjoy running, dancing, gardening, and camping.
