Subha is the co-founder and COO of Symbiosis. Coupled with her passion for physical therapy and with a Bachelor of Physical Therapy, a Post Professional Masters in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Subha has over 15 year of experience as a successful physical therapist. In that time Subha has also worked as a clinic director and as the owner of her own private practice, this has enabled Subha to experience the entire spectrum of the patient care life-cycle.
Subha’s experience with the entire spectrum of the patient care life cycle, from patient acquisition to communicating and working with medical insurers, has provided that necessary input that has built Symbiosis’ automated intake and practice management systems. Symbiosis’ automated intake system streamlines patient acquisition and intake while our practice management systems integrate all aspects of clinic operations from marketing ROI to patient flow and further to revenue trends.
Subha is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and social justice. She has volunteered for over 12 years with the Association of India’s Development, an international non-profit organization committed to sustainable, equitable, and just development of India, even serving on their Board of Directors for two consecutive terms. Subha is also a passionate devotee of the performing arts having a background in classical Indian dance.
