Subha’s passion is to change lives through physical therapy. However, over the years she didn’t enjoy being told how many patients to treat and when to treat them. She wanted to provide quality care on her terms. We decided to make Subha’s dream a reality and help her open her own physical therapy practice.  

As we were working through the endless amount of paperwork to get the business off the ground, we quickly realized that Subha’s priority was her patients, not the business side of things. She wanted to focus on her patients, not on the ins and outs of running her practice.

Through speaking with other healthcare providers, we discovered that the daunting “business” side of venturing out on their own is what scared them the most. We knew there had to be a better way and decided to create a new path to starting a clinical practice.

Subha now has a thriving physical therapy practice, Capitol Physical Therapy, and can see her patients without being bogged down by the business side. Subha’s story, as well as the stories of many other clinicians, inspired us to start Symbiosis.
